Place of work: Wrocław – Lower Silesian Voivodeship
Position: Construction Cost Estimation/Bidding Specialist
Scope of duties:
- Analysis of technical construction and tender documentation,
- Preparation of bill of quantities and bid cost estimates,
- Preparation of documentation for participation in tender procedures,
- Preparation of time-material-financial schedules for planned works,
- Sourcing quotations for materials and industry-specific services,
- Participation in meetings and commercial negotiations with Clients, Designers and Subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education in construction specialty
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation principles – familiarity with Norma Expert software is welcome
- Knowledge of the construction market
- Ability to read and analyze technical and tender documentation – familiarity with AutoCAD software is welcome
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel)
- Good work organization skills
